WORKING WITH THE CLIENT’S CREATIVE

After we have our discovery call and decide to work together, I offer a 5 step process:

  • ONE
    We discuss your priorities of growth and overall goals.

  • TWO
    We develop a relationship where you begin to trust and understand that I should be used as a tool of reflection, but the growth is personal, and supported fully by me as the coach in whatever direction it may go.

  • THREE
    You as the client will create your own path of development and accountability that will be shared between yourself and me as the coach.

  • FOUR
    We will spend time reflecting on the tools you've built within yourself to develop the path and development you have. We’ll create next steps that allow you to proceed without the continuous reflection and accountability of me as a coach.

  • FIVE
    We will have closing goal setting and action step conversations, alongside the tools you will use to continue the process of learning and development.
